The terms, in plain language
Most owners we talk to have one bad experience in common with referral services. So here is the deal, written to be the opposite of that.
A flat monthly fee, not a cut of your rent
You pay the same amount whether we send you one family or twenty. No commission, no percentage of first month's rent and care, no invoice that scales with how sick your resident is.
Nothing tied to a move-in, ever, and nothing on Medicaid residents
We charge for advertising, not for placements. Florida law treats facility-paid referral fees involving Medicaid residents as patient brokering, and we will not go near it. A flat listing fee keeps both of us clear of it.
Cancel anytime, month to month
Thirty days notice, no auto-renewing annual term, no early termination fee. If it is not producing calls, stop paying for it.
No exclusivity and no gag clauses
List anywhere else you like. Charge families whatever you charge them. We will never require that a family we send pays the same or more than one who walked in.
You own your listing and your leads
Your photos, your text, your inquiry records. Export them whenever you want. We do not sell your contact list to your competitors.
The inspection data stays as it is
Paying does not remove a finding, change your position in results, or hide a competitor. It would destroy the only reason families trust the site. What paying does let you do is respond to a finding in your own words, right next to it.
